ワンタッチ ペーパーホルダー

オフィスや家庭での使用に加え、製造現場での活用が始まりました。
中部地区の某製造業では、写真とイラストの示すように、部品棚の表示票にワンタッチクリップ｢コリーデス｣を使っています。
部品容器の中味にしたがって、しばしば表示を変える必要があるため、コリーデスの抜き差しワンタッチの便利さが高く評価され適用範囲が広がっています。

自動車部品メーカー大手の｢プレス工業｣様では、インターネットで適切なクリップがないかを探し、ワンタッチクリップ「コリーデス」を探し当ててくれました。
自動車の大型部品を収納する特殊なパレットの内容表示のためにまず京浜地区の工場から使い始めています。
従来はビニールのケースに伝票を挿入するやり方のため、手袋をはめた手ではやり難かったが、コリーデスは片手ワンタッチで差し込めるクリップと好評です。

売上高1000億円超、国内に数箇所の製造工場を持つ某製造業から、現場でのコリーデス使用の写真を送って頂きました。
2008年2月にサンプル出荷してから8月までの半年間に、各工場でさまざまに使用するため、すでに数千個を出荷しています。
写真の例ではクリップボードより便利なホルダーとして、NG品を収納するポリボックスに、アルミ板を装着し、その板にコリーデスを貼り付け、ボックスの中身を表示する用紙を挟んでいます。
コリーデスは、ここ1，2年に、WEB経由の引き合いで使用を始めた製造業が急増し、製造現場での有用ペーパーホルダーとして認知度を高めてきました。
さらに、近日中に、複数枚の指示書を挟み、1枚ずつ引き抜いても、あとの指示書が落ちないPIN-KOLEEDESを発売しますので、さらに製造現場での使用が増えることと思います。

都心に複数の喫茶店を持つ女性経営者が、「これは便利」と言って出前伝票を挟むメモクリップとして使っています。
従来は、マグネットで留めていましたが、それには両手を使います。
コリーデスは、片手ワンタッチで留められるメモクリップであり、伝票ホルダーです。
飲食店に限らず、キャッシュレジスターでの必須メモクリップとして認められつつあります。

しかも、1年以上経っても、性能に変わりがありませんでした。

スチール製の机にはマグネット、その他にはTGシートで立てることができます。
固定するには、両面テープを使います。

コリーデス表面のスペースを活かし、ミニカレンダーを装着して檀家に配り、とても喜ばれているという例が大きな寺の住職様から寄せられています。
採用されているのは６０ｍｍのコリーデスですが、50mmで制作されたサンプルも送って頂きました。

表面の蓮の花の写真は、大学教授から転じて住職を継がれたご主人が撮影されたもの、膨大な写真集があります。
丹精込めて育てられた蓮の花は、ご自分の写真だけでなく、日展幹部の工芸作家が題材にして、美しい作品にも仕上げています。

ミニカレンダーのほか、結婚式向きの図柄を印刷して、引き物にされたというご報告も受けています。
コリーデスをベースにして、独自なアイデアを付加されている例です。

In addition to use at Office and Homes, KOLEEDES are now in use at Manufacturing Sites.
The photos and illustrations show the KOLEEDES being used to hold the slips for parts-boxes at a factory in central Japan.
Slips can be inserted and pulled from KOLEEDES a Single Movement.
It was found that KOLEEDES is far more convenient than the old system that required inserting a slip into a vinyl envelope each time, especially when the content of the parts-box changes ofen.

A large car-parts maker near Tokyo began to use KOLEEDES for indicating the contents of each Pallet in their factories as shown by photos.
Their old method was the same as in the previous case and used envelopes to hold slips but the handling was not easy as workers usually wear gloves.
They now recognize the usefulness of One Touch Holder KOLEEDES and utilization of KOLEEDES at the company is expanding year by year.

These photographs of the KOLEEDES at a manufacturing site are from a company that has several factories in Japan and whose sales exceed 100 billion yen a year.
They use more than 10 thousand pieces of KOLEEDES a year at various sites.
The KOLEEDES used for holding a slip to show the contents of a box is attached to an aluminum plate.
KOLEEDES is increasingly being recognized as a useful tool for manufacturing sites, and orders come from all over Japan mostly via the Internet.

A female owner of coffe shop in central Tokyo uses KOLEEDES for holding slips to coffee deliverd to be companies in the vicinity, She says KOLEEDES is far more convenient than a regular clip that needs both hands to insert and pull out a slip. KOLEEDES, instead, allows her to handle slips with one hand in a single movement.

They put colored paper on the surface of KOLEEDES according to the kinds of notices, and specified elapsed time by position : notices up to 1 week old are placed on the uppermost level, from 1 to 2 weeks old on the second level etc.

It is used as a handy tool for Data Entry.

Putting a Mini Calendar on the surface of KOLEEDES is an application invented by a priest of a large temple as a unique new year gift for the parishioners.
The lotus flowers on the calendar are photos taken in the garden by the priest himself.
These lotus flowers at the temple are so famous that a renowned artist painted them and used them as the motif of his work.
